DUTY SUSPENSIONS

Tariff suspensions enable companies established in the European  Union to maintain employment and obtain the necessary parts or materials  to manufacture products with a high added value.

Once granted, tariff suspensions reduce the import duty to zero for  an initial future period of up to five years. If your operations include  sourcing specific raw materials, semi-finished goods or components, not  available or produced within the EU, then an application may be  possible.

Suspension applications can only be made to the EU Commission twice a  year.
